General Manager People, Culture & External Affairs, Sime Darby Industrial
Vincent was appointed General Manager People, Culture and External Affairs for the Industrial Division of Sime Darby in July 2021. He is a member of the Sime Darby Industrial executive leadership team and Sime Darby Human Resource leadership team.
Vincent is responsible for human resources, talent retention, attraction and development, employee experience and external affairs spanning 18 countries, 11,000 employees, five Caterpillar Dealerships and various allied brands.
Prior to this appointment, he was General Manager People, Culture and External Affairs for Hastings Deering and Sime Darby Industrial Australasia.
Vincent has more than 30 years of experience in the resources sector and prior to joining Sime Darby and Hastings Deering, served in senior executive roles with BHP and Royal Dutch Shell in Australia, UK, and Singapore.
Vincent completed a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland and a Master of Business Administration from Monash University. He serves as a director of St Margaret’s Anglican Girls School Council and is a board member of the Queensland Resources Council’s education arm Queensland Minerals and Energy Academy (QMEA).
